About The Position

Performs maintenance, adjustment, and/or certification and testing of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations. This position is scheduled for second shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Shift times may change based on site objectives. Entry-level positions are available, and on-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• Two years of mechanical experience involving similar equipment processes, measuring tools, and assembly operations is preferred; entry-level positions are available with on-the-job training.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, mechanical drawings, standard gages, and other measuring devices in English.
• Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Knowledgeable with a wide range of tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Good mechanical knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Applicants for select positions must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent residence, or U.S. immigration status to satisfy ITAR and EAR export licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, adjustment, certification, and testing of aircraft systems according to technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations.
• Tear down and clean parts and assemblies as required.
• Prepare documentation, including service reports and test data.
• Operate test equipment as required by OEM maintenance manuals and other work instructions.
• Paint parts.
• Perform minor repairs on piece parts.
• Read, interpret, and execute OEM manuals, mechanical drawings, service bulletins, and work instructions in English.
• Comply with company policies, including attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
