About The Position

Aggreko is hiring a Technician 2 Temp Control or Power based at its Dallas, Texas service center. The role involves preventive maintenance and repair of electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors, as well as troubleshooting equipment failures at the shop. Depending on the work, the technician may work independently or with other technicians to set up and operate equipment in the shop. The position may require travel to work locations and standby availability outside regularly scheduled shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 7 years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Experience calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements.
Ability to read and understand schematics.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75 pounds.
Availability to work the assigned schedule and travel to work locations when needed.
Ability to meet the listed physical requirements, including passing a post-offer physical abilities assessment.
Depending on customer requirements, ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card.

Responsibilities
