Requirements

  • Experience in RMF/ATO documentation developing technical content.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate documentation accuracy.
  • US Citizen
  • Must have an active TS/SCI federal security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to DevSec documentation workflows, knowledge management systems, and software platform documentation tools will be highly beneficial in this position.
  • Familiarity with DoD or Intelligence Community documentation standards, as well as experience supporting cybersecurity, observability, and data engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation for AI-enabled software platforms, including RMF/ATO documentation, operational runbooks, and API references.
  • Create and manage knowledge management resources to support mission applications and enterprise AI governance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps teams to document platform architecture, integration workflows, and continuous monitoring processes.
  • Produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation for agentic AI systems, scalable software delivery, and observability solutions.
  • Support knowledge transfer activities by developing user guides, FAQs, and training materials for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of documentation workflows within a DevSecOps environment.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality and usability.
