NATURE AND SCOPEReporting to the SVP, Enterprise Project Management Office, the Technical Writer plays a critical role in developing, standardizing, and maintaining comprehensive policy and procedure documentation across the enterprise. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, regulatory compliance, and legal requirements to ensure all documentation aligns with business goals and industry standards. The Technical Writer will contribute to the creation of an enterprise-wide documentation framework that drives clarity, accuracy, and consistency, supporting operational efficiency and risk mitigation throughout the credit union. The Technical Writer ensures documentation is consistent, user-friendly, and effective for both technical and non-technical audiences.
