About The Position

The Technical Training Content Developer designs and develops engaging digital learning content to support technical training initiatives for LG HVAC products and systems. The role focuses primarily on eLearning, microlearning, video-based learning, and multimedia content creation. In collaboration with instructional designers and subject matter experts, the developer turns complex technical information into effective, learner-focused training solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience developing technical training content in HVAC, manufacturing, industrial, or other technical environments.
• Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, and video-based learning content.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Experience creating and editing instructional videos and multimedia learning assets.
• Strong written communication, visual design, and content development skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical subject matter experts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the HVAC industry.
• Experience developing training content for manufacturing, technical products, industrial equipment, or related technologies.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning modules, microlearning content, and video-based training materials.
• Create and edit instructional videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to turn technical information into engaging learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain digital training content aligned with product launches, technical updates, and business priorities.
• Support the creation and revision of instructor-led training materials as needed.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting established deadlines and quality standards.
