About The Position

Themis Insight is hiring a Content Developer to work in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The position location may change based on the needs of a central Maryland client. The Content Developer gathers source material and raw content for courses, determines suitable testing to assess student proficiency, and reviews storyboards to ensure course content is represented appropriately. The role involves developing or maintaining training in relevant content areas.

Requirements

• Four years of experience in the content area or areas of the training to be developed or maintained.
• Experience in at least one of the following: CNO operational duties; development of related training; instruction of related training; or mentoring or technical leadership in related content areas.
• A TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is desired.
• Certifications relevant to the training content areas are desired.

Responsibilities

• Gather raw content and source material for course development.
• Determine appropriate testing to ensure students demonstrate the required proficiency.
• Gather raw content appropriate for inclusion in relevant courses.
• Review storyboards to ensure content is reflected appropriately.
