This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to various products and software. The representative will build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions, assist customers through multiple communication channels, and report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement. The position requires providing first-class technical support to customers, with a breakdown of 40% Cases, Emails, Chat and 60% Calls, averaging around 20 calls per day.
