About The Position

Dell Technologies is hiring a Process Automation/AI Servers Technical Support team member for its AI Support Services team in Round Rock, Texas. The role supports the global customer base for AI Servers by designing, building, and deploying process automation and agentic AI workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate service delivery. The employee will work cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Repair Operations, and Engineering to automate resolution processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field; a Master's degree in Cybersecurity is also listed.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent learning skills.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and version control with Git/GitHub.
• Experience with automation platforms, APIs, REST services, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, including agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and commercial LLMs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with business analysis, data visualization, and database querying using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, including Lean/Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, BPMN, and operational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using low-code, no-code, and scripted solutions to improve efficiency.
• Build and deploy agentic AI solutions and autonomous workflows that interact with business systems.
• Integrate automation technologies with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and internal applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes.
• Test, monitor, document, and continuously enhance automation solutions while staying current on emerging AI and automation technologies.
