About The Position

The Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC) implements and sustains digital solutions across hospital systems. Serving as a trusted advisor, the TSC leads technical implementation of Intuitive’s digital solutions across regional Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and hospitals, from pre-sales readiness through activation and long-term sustainability. The role calls for technical aptitude, stakeholder engagement, execution discipline, and a strategic, relationship-oriented approach to digital transformation. The TSC communicates across technical, clinical, and operational audiences and adapts through continuous learning. The TSC partners with capital teams and Digital Sales Representatives to engage regional IDNs and hospital IT and digital stakeholders. The consultant guides customers through technical review, governance, and networking processes; develops repeatable implementation practices; prepares Field Service and partner teams for successful deployments; and supports adoption after go-live. The role also gathers customer and field feedback to inform product direction and develops technical, project leadership, and stakeholder-management capabilities. The position is remote, involves a flexible and dynamic schedule, requires travel up to 25%, and may require entry into surgical and other patient-care areas. Intuitive or its customers may require current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19. Compensation includes base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity; the job posting does not provide a specific compensation range.
