The Technical Solutions Architect – ServiceNow provides pre-sales technical assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions and services. This role works cross-departmentally with Zones Sales, Service Delivery, TSC, PPM, and Marketing teams to act as a liaison and ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME). The TSA will collaborate with the Practice Leader to define, execute, and monitor the go-to-market (GTM) strategy focused on expanding Zones’ capabilities across industries. As an enabler, the TSA Architect builds consensus, drives alignment, creates tools, cultivates skills, and designs scalable and innovative solutions aligned with the Zones GTM strategy. We are seeking candidates located in the Central & East regions of the US.
