About The Position

Tradebe is seeking a Technical Services Operations Manager to lead a service center in its sustainability-focused environmental business. The role has full P&L responsibility and involves leading a team of chemists and drivers in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The manager ensures regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and effective support for the team and customers. Local travel of up to 50% is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in an operations or service environment.
• 5 or more years of industry experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to travel locally up to 50%.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Lab packing expertise.
• Knowledge of DOT and RCRA regulations.
• Previous experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service center operations with full P&L ownership.
• Oversee scheduling of customer work, logistics, and team assignments.
• Manage, develop, train, and support Field Chemists and Drivers.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate facility purchasing, invoices, and supply management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Plant Operations, and Customer Service to resolve technical and operational needs.
• Communicate facility updates and challenges to regional leadership.
