Requirements

  • 3+ years of operations or branch leadership experience (industrial, fire, technical services or similar environments are well-suited)
  • Experience leading field-based or technical service teams in regulated or safety-sensitive environments
  • Proven ability to manage people, performance, and priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong safety mindset and the confidence to set and uphold expectations
  • Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs
  • Customer-focused, hands-on leader with strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Set the tone for a safety-first culture by actively championing HSE standards, ensuring every job is executed safely, compliantly, and to the highest quality
  • Take full ownership of branch operations—people, service delivery, customer relationships, and financial performance—with the autonomy to make decisions and drive results.
  • Oversee multiple projects and service contracts, ensuring work is properly planned, resourced, and delivered on time with strong attention to quality and detail
  • Manage scheduling, workflows, materials, and team deployment to maximize productivity and ensure seamless execution from prep to completion
  • Monitor progress, identify risks early, solve problems quickly, and ensure all reporting, documentation, and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and align operations with revenue goals while supporting growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Build trusted relationships by staying close to customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring consistent, responsive service delivery
  • Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team; create accountability, build capability, and foster a culture where people take pride in delivering quality work
  • Assess team capacity and skill gaps, support recruitment and training, and position the branch to scale with demand
