We are seeking an experienced Regional Technical Services Manager to provide strategic technical leadership across a diverse commercial real-estate portfolio including multi-residential, office, retail, and industrial assets. This role partners closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Sustainability, and Capital Projects to protect and enhance asset value, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage technical and environmental risk across the portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a technical authority and trusted advisor, supporting long-term asset strategies, capital planning, and operational excellence.
