Novonesis' Dairy Sales and Technical Service team supports customers across North America with deep expertise, collaborative problem-solving, and a consultative approach to selling food culture and enzyme solutions. The team includes account managers, technical service managers, and sales leadership working closely together to help dairy producers succeed. As Technical Service Manager – NY/PA, you will be a key technical partner to our cheese and fresh dairy customers. You will support customer retention and site optimization while collaborating closely with Account Managers and technical colleagues across North America. This role combines hands-on plant work with analytical problem-solving and strong collaboration across commercial, technical, and innovation teams.
