About The Position

Goodness Me! is hiring a part-time Fresh Foods (Meat & Dairy) Team Member for their Guelph store location. This role involves being a primary point of contact for customers, greeting them, assisting with item location, and offering suggestions. The position also includes maintaining store conditions, merchandising, inventory management, and handling stock.

Requirements

• Great communication skills
• Enthusiasm for informing customers about products and services
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• The ability to stand for extended periods; up to 8 hours per shift
• The ability to lift, move or manipulate objects up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility in availability, including, working evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Offering help in locating items
• Making suggestions or recommendations
• Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards
• Assist with display of merchandise, including replacing and rotating stock
• Assist with inventory management
• Receive and process warehouse stock products
• Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, and lifting devices
