About The Position

We’re looking for a driven Field Service Manager to lead our service team and help us continue delivering exceptional results to our customers. Requirements

3+ years of experience in security systems installation, service, or a related technical field
Prior supervisory or management experience leading technical teams
Hands-on knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and low-voltage wiring
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a field service environment
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

Relevant industry certifications (ESA, NICET, or similar) a plus

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise technical service technicians, scheduling, and field operations
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems including alarms, cameras, and access control
Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical service issues
Ensure timely and high-quality completion of service calls and work orders
