About The Position

Enjoy carpentry or mechanical work but ready to reduce physical labor? We have the perfect position for you! Grizzly is seeking individuals with strong troubleshooting abilities to problem solve with our customers over the phone. A high level of carpentry or mechanical understanding through previous employment and/or personal experience is required. Knowledge of woodworking, metalworking and/or electrical systems is a plus but not required as we offer extensive paid training.

Requirements

• Ability to use, repair, and maintain machines and tools
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with the ability to type 20 WPM
• Diploma or General Education Degree

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of woodworking, metalworking and/or electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls
• Answer pre-purchase questions on machines
• Troubleshoot machine problems
• Check inventory on machines and parts
• Place customer orders and optimize customer satisfaction
• Perform miscellaneous projects and work in other departments per company need.
