About The Position

This is a remote, home-office-based position for a Technical Sales Representative covering the Southeast US territory. The role involves selling water and wastewater treatment equipment and services, including service DI, mobile water treatment, water filtration, reverse osmosis, UF, micro, membrane bioreactor, and other membrane technologies. The position also includes selling capital equipment, rental services, service agreements, and own-operate contracts to industrial, institutional, medical, and pharmaceutical companies. This role is a replacement for a retiring 20-year veteran salesman.

Requirements

Demonstrated success in selling water treatment systems and services in highly technical applications
Experience in mobile water treatment
Experience with own-operate contracts
Self-starter capable of working semi-autonomously with minimal oversight and very little bureaucracy

Nice To Haves

Experience handling capital sales up to or exceeding $1,500,000

Responsibilities

Selling water and wastewater treatment equipment and services
Selling service DI, mobile water treatment, water filtration, reverse osmosis, UF, micro, membrane bioreactor and other membrane technologies
Selling capital equipment, rental services, service agreements, and own-operate contracts
Prospecting and selling to industrial, institutional, medical and pharmaceutical companies
Managing a sales territory including Tennessee, North Carolina east to I-77, and Virginia
Working semi-autonomously with minimal oversight
