The Regional Sales Director will provide strategic leadership and execution across multiple markets and teams. You will lead multiple Market Sales Directors, driving market share growth and sales team effectiveness. This is more than a sales leadership role—it’s a chance to redefine how we go to market. This team is responsible for managing the full life cycle of onboarding, retaining, and growing our franchise customers. This position is responsible for the overall success of their assigned markets. The Regional Director will lead a group of directors across multiple states/markets responsible for acquiring new franchise dealerships, account management, dealer performance, and market growth. Teams will be responsible for managing all franchise activities within assigned territories and driving new market launches.
