About The Position

The Technical Sales Representative will be a key player in business development of new and existing customers for Huron Technologies. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales with a proven track record of success; ability to identify opportunities for business in the growing robotics market; and ability to capitalize on new market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial or B2B sales
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and technical drawings.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Technical knowledge related to mechanical and technical drawings.
  • Ability to Implement: Apply technical knowledge to solve customer’s problems.
  • Develop effective sales strategies and close deals.
  • Provide technical support and after-sales service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends that we can provide solutions to.
  • Communicate effectively with engineering departments to understand the customer problems that we can solve.
  • Read and interpret mechanical and technical drawings or prints.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
