Aquafinity is expanding across the Mid-Atlantic and is hiring a Technical Sales & Service Manager to drive revenue, support complex systems, and grow a high-value territory. This is not a desk job. It’s part outside sales , part field technician , part trusted advisor .

Requirements

  • 5+ years in outside sales, field service, or technical account management
  • Background in one of the following industries: Commercial pools / aquatic systems Water treatment / filtration HVAC / mechanical systems Pumps, plumbing, or industrial equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot in the field
  • Comfortable balancing sales targets + hands-on technical work
  • Experience with CRM systems, quoting, and client management
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with municipalities, universities, or commercial facilities
  • Certifications such as CPO or willingness to obtain AFO certification

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand a regional book of business across commercial aquatic and water systems
  • Generate new revenue through relationship-driven B2B sales and service contracts
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, equipment assessments, and light technical service
  • Partner with property managers, engineers, and facility operators to deliver solutions
  • Identify upgrade opportunities, system improvements, and long-term maintenance needs
  • Coordinate installs, repairs, and service schedules with internal operations teams
  • Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
