About The Position

About Mochi Foods Mochi Foods is one of Hawaii's most beloved food brands and the creator of the first complete mochi donut mix in the United States. Our products are used by bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and foodservice operators across North America to create innovative mochi-based menu items. We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and relationship-driven Territory Growth Manager to help expand our presence throughout Southern California. This is not a desk-based sales role. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and developing new business opportunities in the field.

  • Experience working directly with customers or business owners
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Growing sales and building relationships throughout Los Angeles County by working directly with breakfast restaurants, donut shops, bakeries, Hawaiian restaurants, cafés, and foodservice operators.
  • Prospecting and developing new accounts.
  • Visiting businesses and meeting with owners and operators.
  • Conducting product tastings and demonstrations.
  • Introducing customers to Mochi Foods products and solutions.
  • Following up on leads and managing customer relationships.
  • Working alongside distribution partners to drive sales growth.
  • Building and expanding a territory from the ground up.
  • Providing market feedback and identifying new opportunities.
