About The Position

We are seeking a talented Technical Sales Engineer to join our Business Development team. As a trusted customer-facing expert, you will be a key contributor to CoolIT’s continued and aggressive growth, supporting the company’s acquisition of new customers and NPI programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years experience in product development.
  • Passionate about new technologies.
  • A self-motivated individual with a thirst for knowledge that moves fast.
  • Enjoys and contributes to a collaborative culture where nothing is impossible.
  • Believes in being an ethical and good person, always.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years experience in data center thermal technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in the hyperscale and colocation markets, building on our success in server OEMs and all-in-one desktops.
  • Secure new product introduction (NPI) opportunities by showcasing deep product and technical knowledge through compelling presentations, including 3D CAD renders and simulations.
  • Guide customers through early-stage product planning, providing clear direction even in uncertain situations while balancing technical and commercial risks.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to resource for liquid-cooling program planning.
  • Use proven tools and processes to deliver fast, high-quality information that sets our team apart.
  • Help expand adoption across our product portfolio, including CDUs, rack manifolds, coldplate loops, rear door heat exchangers, and software solutions.
  • Represent CoolIT as a liquid cooling expert in key industry groups such as Open19, OCP, and ASHRAE TC9.9.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • 20% or more international travel.
