About The Position

Quindar is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us find, engage, and support exceptional talent across engineering, product, operations, aerospace, software, and other mission-aligned roles. You’ll focus on technical sourcing, outbound recruiting, first-round candidate screens, pipeline development, interview coordination, and hiring manager partnership. You’ll also play a meaningful role in people operations, including onboarding support, recruiting administration, employee documentation, and company programs that help new hires and employees feel set up for success.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, people operations, or a similar role.
  • Comfort finding, engaging, and screening candidates across technical, operational, aerospace, software, or mission-driven talent markets.
  • Ability to translate role requirements into clear sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and screening questions.
  • Strong research instincts, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
  • Discretion with confidential candidate and employee information.
  • Comfort using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, sourcing tools, HRIS tools, or similar platforms.
  • Interest in startups, aerospace, software, and mission-driven technology.
  • To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing or screening for engineering, product, operations, aerospace, satellite operations, or software roles.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Gem, HireEZ, or similar recruiting tools.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, preboarding, employee documentation, or people operations workflows.
  • Experience running outbound recruiting campaigns from research through pipeline tracking.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Interest in building inclusive, scalable recruiting and people practices.

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted pipelines for technical, operational, and mission-aligned roles.
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, communities, job boards, referrals, university networks, and other relevant channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, target profiles, sourcing priorities, and screening criteria.
  • Conduct first-round candidate screens to assess role alignment, background, motivation, and mission fit.
  • Support outbound recruiting campaigns, including research, outreach, follow-up, and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams moving through the process.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data, job postings, applicant tracking workflows, and candidate records.
  • Support offer-stage logistics, preboarding, onboarding, documentation, and first-day readiness for new hires.
  • Assist with people operations administration, company events, team programs, and offsites.
