About The Position

The Technical Recruiter is a key driver of Anatomy IT's team growth and success. In a Managed Services environment, this role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and senior leadership to attract and hire top technical talent who thrive in client-facing, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate takes ownership of the recruiting process, is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and helps shape the company culture. This is a remote, part-time position working up to 20 hours per week. Anatomy IT helps healthcare providers deliver exceptional patient care through technology and cybersecurity solutions. Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably within an IT MSP or similar services environment
  • Familiarity with common MSP roles, tools, and technologies (e.g., ticketing systems, RMM tools, Microsoft stack, networking fundamentals)
  • Strong understanding of social recruiting strategies and tools
  • Proven ability to meet recruiting goals and hire candidates who demonstrate long-term success and retention
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and hire qualified technical talent across MSP roles (Service Desk, NOC, Field Engineers, vCIOs, Project Engineers, etc.)
  • Leverage job boards, social platforms, and college/university partnerships to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Manage and maintain candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Partner with hiring managers and foster open communication on recruitment process
  • Track and achieve recruiting metrics
  • Review and refine job descriptions and job postings to identify required skills, background, impact of role, and ideal profile for open positions
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting techniques for attracting, evaluating, and retaining top talent
  • Extend offers, fill positions, and work with Director of HR on onboarding candidates
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs
  • Support additional recruiting and HR initiatives as assigned
