The Technical Recruiter is a key driver of Anatomy IT's team growth and success. In a Managed Services environment, this role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and senior leadership to attract and hire top technical talent who thrive in client-facing, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate takes ownership of the recruiting process, is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and helps shape the company culture.
