About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional-level positions across multiple business functions. This role will partner directly with hiring managers to identify talent needs, guide recruitment strategies, and successfully close high-quality candidates. This is not a high-volume recruiting environment. Instead, the focus is on delivering a strong candidate experience, building trusted partnerships with hiring managers, and successfully filling specialized professional roles.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in either a corporate or agency environment
• Ability to consult with and educate hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
• Experience recruiting professional-level talent across multiple business disciplines preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide market insights and talent recommendations to hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and ATS activity
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
