As an Onsite Recruiter, you'll lead the full-cycle hiring process for assigned locations, partnering with managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. You'll play a key role in helping our branches grow by delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong talent pipelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to assigned branch locations as needed.
• energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about people

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate interviews, job offers, and pre-employment activities.
• Manage recruiting activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Assist the HR team with employee questions, HR projects, and other department initiatives
• Attend job fairs and community recruiting events.
• Build relationships that create a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
