About The Position

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment life cycle; from job posting to onboarding new employees. This includes creating and posting open roles, sourcing, screening applicants, completing interviews, assisting with interview set up for hiring managers, coordination of opening with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth recruiting candidate experience. The individual in this role must maintain a high level of confidentiality, be organized, have strong attention to detail and be a team player, willing to partner with company departments in a collaborative manner. This position is located on-site/in person at either our Savage, MN or Manitowoc, WI location.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a recruitment role required.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand, administer, and comply with HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work with and maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with members of the public and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft platform (Word, Excel, Teams – etc.)
  • Strong in customer service and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of general HR practices and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous HRIS and ATS (applicant tracking system) and reporting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the full-cycle recruitment process; that may include posting jobs, screening resumes/applications, scheduling and completing interviews, and follow-up correspondence with candidates.
  • Develops relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and candidates.
  • Utilizes the company’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to complete recruitment process.
  • Assists with career-related events (High Schools, Colleges, Community)
  • Network with candidates through professional groups or social media
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel, human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and associates relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
  • Verifies I-9 documentation and completes Everify
  • Provides administrative support related to Human Resources department needs
  • Typing, copying, scanning, filing, composing letters and other clerical functions
  • Keeps up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned
