About The Position

Sciforium is an AI infrastructure company developing next-generation multimodal AI models and a proprietary, high-efficiency serving platform. Backed by multi-million-dollar funding and direct sponsorship from AMD with hands-on support from AMD engineers, the team is scaling rapidly to build the full stack powering frontier AI models and real-time applications. We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience across both agency and in-house environments to help us build Sciforium’s foundational tech team. You’ll partner closely with engineering leadership to identify, attract, and hire world-class talent across software, infrastructure, and AI domains. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and is excited to shape recruiting operations from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a mix of agency and in-house roles.
  • Proven success hiring for technical positions such as Software Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, SaaS Frontend and Backend Engineers, and Infrastructure Engineers.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with experience in technical communities.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with early-stage tech company hiring and process-building is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and interview processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, infrastructure, and AI disciplines.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience and represent Sciforium’s mission and culture authentically.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Leverage ATS analytics to optimize and streamline the recruitment pipeline.
