About The Position

Due to continued growth within the Technology team, this opportunity is for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition professional. The role involves working under minimal supervision, requiring extensive knowledge in recognized recruiting practices, techniques, and methods. The individual will exercise discretion and independent judgment in making recommendations and developing solutions to a variety of complex problems. Work is accomplished with limited direction, and the approach to solutions is determined and developed by the incumbent. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met. The position provides resolution to a diverse range of recognizable complex problems, requiring analysis to identify root cause and judgment within defined boundaries to develop alternate solutions, both long and short term. Problem/Task resolution typically takes three to six months. The individual plans and arranges their own work, referring only unusual cases to supervisors. This is an Individual Contributor role where failure to obtain results or erroneous judgments could have serious consequences, potentially requiring substantial expenditure of resources to correct. Contacts are frequently inter-organizational and involve outside customer/vendor interactions. The role is part of a team representing the organization, monitoring activities and communicating information across the organization. Full-time presence in the workplace may be required due to evolving business needs and management approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years Technical Talent Acquisition Experience Required
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional capability in candidate assessment and interviewing techniques.
  • Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities, paired with quick analytical thinking and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Utilize Boolean searches and other advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate resumes and portfolios to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and screenings with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate on the development of comprehensive job descriptions and requirements.
  • Drive success by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly recruitment targets, aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication with both internal teams and external candidates, upholding a standard of excellence throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation in the tech community.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and conferences to expand our network.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate regular reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Advise on compensation trends and market conditions to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to attract niche technical talent.
