We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to own full recruiting life cycle for deeply technical engineering roles in a fast-paced startup environment. This recruiter must be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proactive in their approach to recruiting. We do not wait for applicants…we use LinkedIn, employee referrals and our networks, proactively reaching out to qualified candidates every day! In this role, you’ll partner hiring stakeholders as a trusted advisor to shape hiring strategy, map competitive talent markets, assist hiring managers with creating compelling job descriptions and direct-source, pre-screen and interview qualified candidates. You’ll evangelize a culture that is highly innovative, dynamic, ethical and fast paced, while educating candidates on our industry leading disruptive technology, our value proposition and our financial upside/potential.
