About The Position

Centurion is a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide. We are currently seeking a full-time IT Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. The IT Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies, delivering a strong candidate experience, and driving hiring efforts from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, preferably in IT or technical roles
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT recruiting, with a focus on roles such as Full-Stack Developers, Software Architects, Systems Engineers, IT Directors, System Administrators, Desktop Support, and Service Desk professionals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, GitHub, and other niche channels
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and corporate stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process from scheduling through feedback
  • Guide candidates and hiring teams through the selection and offer process
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruiting data and documentation
