About The Position

As the Technical Recruiter, you are the architect of our technical growth. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with leadership to attract and evaluate top-tier engineering, product, and IT talent. You play a critical role in supporting LoadUp's growth through strategic hiring and an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience specifically in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • A strong understanding of roles like software engineering, data, and product.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to Distill complex needs into actionable hiring plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across the organization.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to attract active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements, evaluate candidates, and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a positive, smooth, and timely experience for every candidate through clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and report on key metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health.
  • Support initiatives to position LoadUp as a premier employer within the technical market.
