We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our GrayMatter team and manage the full recruitment life cycle while leading key talent acquisition projects. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver top talent, streamline recruiting operations, and enhance the overall candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer and drive initiatives such as university recruiting, process optimization, and employer branding efforts. Location: This is a hybrid position, and candidates may be based in Kansas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Texas; or Oklahoma.
