We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to help us scale a high-caliber engineering organization across semiconductor, silicon, hardware, systems, software, and AI infrastructure functions. This person will own full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles, partner closely with hiring managers, and help build the recruiting infrastructure needed for a fast-moving startup. This role requires direct sourcing and recruiting experience in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate understands the talent market for silicon, hardware, systems, and infrastructure engineering and can credibly engage passive candidates in highly competitive technical markets. This is a remote role, preferably in the Pacific time zone, with occasional travel for company meetings and recruiting events.
