Endurance is pioneering a new category of energy by building the world's first modular seafloor geothermal power plants. In order to succeed, we need a full time technical recruiter on the team. You will work directly with the senior/executive team to scale the company from 20 to 100 people. While the primary focus is on hiring hardware engineers, you will also own our ATS, candidate experience, and have a seat at the table for hiring decisions and compensation. You will be free to design an optimal process and will not need to chase people down for interviews or debriefs.
