We are seeking a talented Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our team who’s interested in working at lightspeed with a team delivering cutting-edge technology. Our Sr. Technical Recruiter will be a pivotal role at the forefront of expanding our R&D and Product organizations, sourcing and hiring exceptional talent across Machine Learning, Front End Software Development, Backend Software Development, UI/UX and DevOps. You’ll report to our Human Resources Manager. You'll partner closely with our Engineering leadership to build teams that combine commercial excellence with deep commitment to technical AI deployment. This role requires someone who can assess not just technical acumen and track records, but also alignment with our mission of building a deeply technical solution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep specialization in technical hiring across enterprise software, SaaS, or technology companies
  • Proven track record of building engineering teams from the ground up, with experience hiring across different sales segments (product, engineering, machine learning, devOps)
  • Ability to effectively assess technical talent by evaluating projects and technical aptitude
  • Established relationships with engineering leaders and understand how to source both active and passive engineering candidates through industry networks
  • Excel at partnering with Revenue leaders and have experience navigating the unique dynamics of sales hiring (compensation negotiations, competitive offer situations, quota expectations)
  • Expertise in building diverse, high-performing sales teams while maintaining a high talent bar and inclusive hiring practices
  • Experience establishing long-term events strategy for generating talent through onsite and offsite events like hack-a-thons, conferences, Meet-ups, etc.
  • Passionate about AI technology and can articulate 4Minds’ mission and market opportunity in ways that resonate with commercial talent
  • Proactive, autonomous mindset with ability to manage multiple executive-level searches simultaneously while delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
  • Available to work evening events and travel 10-20% of the time for recruitment events across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering & Product roles, from sourcing to close, and maintaining long-term pipelines of candidates
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and decision-making processes.
  • Source and engage top talent through events and outbound channels, including LinkedIn, Rippling, and other sourcing tools
  • Advise stakeholders on pipeline health, process design, and interview calibration to ensure consistent, efficient hiring.
  • Lead onboarding coordination for new hires, working with HR to ensure a seamless start-to-finish experience.
  • Contribute to operational improvements in recruiting systems, tools, and workflows as 4MindsAI scales.
  • Establish long term talent pipeline for multiple roles through events, constant conversations, and channel specific recruitment strategies.
