What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close — for 10–15 concurrent technical requisitions Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role, whether you are hiring a Director-level AI/Analytics leader or an entry-level IT contributor Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders across the portfolio to define requirements, align on evaluation criteria, and drive hiring timelines Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess technical qualifications and culture alignment Coordinate interview loops including technical assessments and coding challenges, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and interviewers Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings across brands Leverage ATS tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve recruiting efficiency and data quality Promote CSC Generation's employer brand and deliver a consistently positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
