About The Position

ASI, headquartered in Northern Utah, is a leader in autonomous software, operating on a 100-acre proving ground. Our state-of-the-art software interfaces with various OEM equipment, making us a pioneer in the autonomous software field. We serve eight industries, including automotive and logistics, by providing remote control, teleoperation, and fully automated solutions. Our robotic automation products are used globally by major companies and government agencies, revolutionizing movement, operations, and automation. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying talent, proactively sourcing candidates, and building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. This role will also offer strategic HR guidance to align with business objectives and cultivate a positive work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the software or robotics industry.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Proven experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through social media and other channels.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills and competencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with coding languages and technical assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and engage potential candidates using social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Administer and evaluate coding assessments to gauge technical abilities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans.
