About The Position

FlexForce Pros are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top skill trade talent across various levels and departments in the industrial field. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems and recruiting tools. The Recruiter will play a vital role in building a talented skilled labor workforce that aligns with our company's growth objectives and culture. This position will have a base salary + commissions. Bilingual in Spanish & English is preferred. Requirements

  • High School Education or GED.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or internal recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts and employment agreements effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of some HR laws related to employment & labor law and employee relations practices.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling for lead generation and talent pipelining.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies utilizing platforms such as social media management.
  • Conduct comprehensive talent sourcing through HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, relationship management, research, and leveraging employment & labor law knowledge.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, conducting assessments, and presenting offers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives through social media management and campus recruitment activities to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate employee orientation, employee evaluation, employee relations, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
