About The Position

FieldAI's Irvine team is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term) to help scale their engineering organization during a period of rapid growth. The role involves owning full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent quickly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building high-quality teams with urgency. The role is a fixed-term position with an immediate business need, and the candidate is expected to start immediately. This role may evolve into a full-time role in the future depending on business need.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting software, robotics, AI, autonomy, or other engineering talent.
Experience in high-growth startups, recruiting agencies, or both.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and similar platforms.
Proven success hiring passive candidates and filling difficult technical roles.
Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.

Responsibilities

Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage recruiting from kickoff through offer acceptance across technical and business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and drive recruiting strategy.
Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.
Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates through the interview process.
Partner with leadership on offer development and negotiations.
Maintain accurate ATS data, recruiting metrics, and hiring reports.
Drive Hiring Excellence: Deliver a fast, organized, and high-quality candidate experience.
Identify process improvements that increase hiring speed and efficiency.
Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers while balancing quality and urgency.
