This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent, focusing on end-to-end hiring across various markets and functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and potentially ops and product/engineering. The position offers significant autonomy in shaping hiring processes and candidate experiences, working closely with a strategic People Experience team. The recruiter's success will directly contribute to Auror's mission and the development of its people experience and culture. The role requires a proactive individual who can identify and address process improvements, reporting to the Senior Director of Talent and People Experience.
