This is a contract-to-hire position, starting with a 3-month contract period. We are looking for a motivated, self-sufficient Technical Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for our US-based and Argentina-based technical positions. As the first interaction point with our future employees, you become a true representative of BETSOL and its brand. This is a hybrid role based out of our Broomfield, Colorado office (approximately 1 or 2 days per week in-office). You will report directly to senior leadership and serve as the connective tissue between candidate experience, hiring managers, HR, IT, and our operational team. This role suits someone who thrives with ownership, adapts well to varying workloads, and brings energy to both strategic sourcing and the behind-the-scenes coordination that makes a great candidate experience possible. During natural lulls in recruiting activity, you may be asked to support other administrative or operational needs across the company. In addition to base contract, this role will earn structured commissions based on successful onboards.
