Key Responsibilities: This role will be focused on providing contract staffing resources for our clients and partners in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Drive and facilitate all facets of technical recruiting including the initial research and planning phase, candidate identification/sourcing, assessment, development, and presentation, offer and close. Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to gain a full understanding of each position and discuss search direction. Maintain effective/proactive communication keeping all stakeholders informed and provide a strong consultative approach with the hiring manager. Complies with company policy and EEO/ADA guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of agency IT recruiting experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume candidates within a complex and competitive technical marketplace.
  • Experience recruiting for technical resources highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with all aspects of Internet recruiting, sourcing, and knowledgeable of current recruiting industry best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with top-notch negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • High-level understanding of engineering resources focused on Cisco, EMC, Dell, and/or HPE highly preferred.
