This is a Hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site at our office in Reston, VA. We are experts in software and services for high-assurance digital identity verification and management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting for technical positions supporting Federal Government contracts.
  • Prior recruiting experience in the technology sector, preferably supporting software companies operating in identity management or cybersecurity.
  • Solid understanding of initiative-taking sourcing techniques and tools including social networks, and collaboration services.
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience for technical positions.
  • Experience networking and building professional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computers skills including use of applicant tracking and sourcing tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must be a self-starter with a positive mindset who takes initiative.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Manage initial contact and discussion with candidates to communicate information on CertiPath and open job positions.
  • Source, qualify and coordinate interviews.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine and understand job duties and requirements.
  • Ensure all job requisitions are entered properly in the applicant tracking system and assist in setting the priority of each requisition.
  • Match and apply applicants to open job requisitions.
  • Source for proposals and key personnel requisitions.
  • Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to qualify candidates.
  • Ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using web-based tools, social media and various recruiting job boards.
  • Collect interview feedback.
  • Review applicants that apply directly through the CertiPath website or through our employee referral process to qualify them with all open job requisitions.
  • Communicate to candidates regarding the company's hiring decision.
  • Negotiate salary according to the approved hiring rate.
  • Compose offer letters using approved offer letter template and ensure all contingencies and requirements for candidates are included in the offer.
  • Support other Human Resource priorities as assigned (e.g., employee onboarding, quarterly employee town hall meetings, compliance research and reporting).
