Consultfiz LATAM is looking for a remote Technical Recruiter in Costa Rica with at least 3 years of technical recruitment experience. Depending upon expertise, strong candidates may additionally be given further responsibilities. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing end to end talent acquisition process. You’ll partner with business leaders to align on technical hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies and drive the recruitment of tech professionals. You’ll also support other functional and internal roles as required. You will be responsible for leveraging creative sourcing techniques and technology platforms to meet the hiring demands of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in tech and professional services recruitment within LATAM.
  • Expertise in sourcing and recruiting for Full-Time Employment (FTE) and contractual roles in technology and consulting sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexico’s recruitment landscape, particularly in the tech industry.
  • Proficiency in using Application Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand technical hiring needs, optimize sourcing strategies, and proactively recruit technical talent based on business priorities, skills demand and attrition.
  • Develop and execute effective search strategies by creating position profiles and sourcing targeted lists of candidates.
  • Engage passive candidates through networking, cold outreach, and creative sourcing techniques, including complex internet searches.
  • Leverage recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Costa Rica specific job groups to source, track, and engage with high-potential candidates, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of tech talent.
  • Review and screen applicants, share detailed recommendations with Hiring Managers, and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain and build a network of external prospects for future searches, ensuring a continuous flow of potential candidates.
  • Effectively manage the full candidate process, including assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Actively contribute to Candidate Experience and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Represent Confiz LATAM in the local market, strengthening brand awareness and expanding our presence within key talent pools.
