About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support the growth of our rapidly expanding organization, with a focus on teams working in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and AI Safety.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years experience recruiting technical profiles, combined with a strong understanding of the language and challenges specific to AI research.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Comfortable evolving in a fast-paced (startup), rapidly transforming environment with grey areas and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, in both French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage several 360-degree recruitment mandates simultaneously, from defining the need to signing the offer.
  • Design and execute targeted and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage niche talent (Research Developers, Machine Learning Researchers, AI Safety Experts, etc.).
  • Approach, activate, and support passive candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop comprehensive research plans: profile targeting, market mapping (local and international), competitive analysis, and creation of specialized talent pools.
  • Contribute to market monitoring and talent positioning in the AI and technological markets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, researchers, and technical leadership to clarify needs, prioritize roles, and define target profiles.
  • Manage the complete offer process: preparation, negotiation, presentation, and closing.
  • Offer a consistent, smooth candidate experience tailored to the level of expertise of the profiles encountered.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with internal teams (HR, compensation, engagement, accessibility) to optimize recruitment practices and tools.
