About The Position

As a full cycle Technical Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, partnering with hiring leaders to identify talent needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and attract top candidates. Leverage market intelligence and talent insights to advise stakeholders, build strong pipelines of active and passive talent, and drive hiring decisions. Collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and support organizational growth through effective talent acquisition. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, or Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 4 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting or managing recruitment activities, including building candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Ability to manage full-cycle processes and prioritize multiple requisitions effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies to manage workflows and candidate pipelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance across hiring activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience utilizing Workday, Eightfold and/or CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment activities, and support talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manages full-cycle recruitment for experienced roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
  • Advises hiring leaders on candidate selection, competitive talent market trends, and recruiting approaches to support achievement of business objectives.
  • Exercises discretion through candidate evaluation for advancement within the hiring process that is based on role requirements, candidate assessment, and market insights. Makes recommendations on talent selection and workforce needs.
  • Facilitates intake discussions to define job requirements, competencies, hiring priorities, and timelines.
  • Consults with business leaders on recruiting strategies based on labor markets conditions, talent availability, business priorities, and hiring outcomes. Develops and makes recommendations on updates to strategies.
  • Delivers a personalized candidate experience through transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Maintains compliance with applicable policies to include accurate ATS documentation and, timely dispositioning.
  • Leverages recruiting metrics for insights to monitor pipeline health, identify risks, and make recommendations for improved sourcing and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, define talent strategies, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, and talent communities.
  • Utilize data, market research, and hiring metrics to advise stakeholders on recruiting strategies and improve talent acquisition outcomes.
