GovDash helps businesses win and deliver government contracts that advance American interests through its AI platform, which provides a single, secure, workflow-driven system for the full contracting lifecycle. In 2025, GovDash customers won over $5B in government contracts, and the company has raised $42M to scale nationwide. This role is for the first in-house recruiter at GovDash, tasked with building the talent acquisition function from scratch. This includes selecting and implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), defining candidate sourcing and evaluation processes, establishing key recruiting metrics, and creating a positive candidate experience. The majority of the work (approximately 90%) will involve sourcing and closing software engineering roles, with the remaining 10% supporting business hires such as SDRs and operations roles. The recruiter will report directly to the Head of Operations and collaborate closely with hiring managers, the CTO, and the Head of Engineering.
