As a Contract Recruiter, you will help TRM attract, engage, and hire top talent across priority roles. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of your assigned searches.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
  • Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data, using these insights to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new roles and requirements, demonstrating flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations. Skilled at building trust and acting as a partner in the hiring process.
  • Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious outreach targets.

Responsibilities

  • Support a high-velocity recruiting process that efficiently identifies and recruits exceptional talent to TRM.
  • Manage assigned searches across the full recruiting lifecycle.
  • Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint.
  • Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies that will help us find and engage a diverse and exceptional candidate pool.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and increase hiring efficiency.
